Deleting email autofill

Deleting email autofill

I have deleted all of the contacts from my address book and I still get an autofill from an email that I do not want to have on my account. It won't let me delete it and I have tried to find a way to turn off autofill or to just completely delete that contact that I do not want any more but it won't let me do anything. Please Help!

Re: Deleting email autofill

The auto-fill feature has it's own memory.  There is no way for you to alter it yourself.  It ranks email addresses based on the frequency of usage.  The contact will dissappear eventually when Comcast updates your account.  But they don't do that on any kind of a scheduled basis, so there's no way to know when that will happen.

Re: Deleting email autofill

So there is no representative I can call to ask them to reset my account sooner rather than later?

Re: Deleting email autofill

You can call the number on your bill and start with that.  I don't know of any particular person or office at Comcast that handles that.
