Deleting an Outbox email that is "timing"

Hi, how can i delete an Outbox email from my iphone that is huge (multiple pictures) and will not upload onto the phone any longer?  I cannot see it in an outbox (i don't even see an outbox) on the comcast.net site, but the email is locked up on my iphone and has not "sent" and cannot be deleted yet.

thanks

Re: Deleting an Outbox email that is "timing"

I just had that happen to me.  I have an iPhone 4s.  I went to the Outbox on the phone, selected the message, checked the circle to the left of the email, then tapped Edit.  Then I was able to tap Trash and it is now gone.  There won't be an Outbox on the Comcast server.  Outboxes are a function of email clients like Mail on your phone, or in a desktop client like Thunderbird or Outlook.
