Since I have three devices recieving the same emails is there anyway to delete an email and have it deleted from all three devices?

Yes.  You need to make sure the account is enabled on all three using IMAP instead of POP3, then everything will be synced and whatever you do to an email on one  will be reflected on the others too.  Most mobile devices now will automatically detect Comcast accounts as being IMAP compliant, and will then auto-configure them that way after you input your user ID and password.  But if you need to manually configure them, the settings are here---------------------
