Damage to TV

I have been having trouble with Comcast since 7/25/15. 

It all started when my TV started "tiling" then a surge came through and blew out the cable box/ TV. I submitted a damage complaint on 08/12/15. I have yet to hear back from Comcast. I called again yesterday (9/8/15) and I was told to give it a few more days and call back. She could clearly see that the complaint was made. In the mean time I had to put out money (that i didn't have) for a new TV! Now I'd like to be reimbursed for the damage on my other TV. Wish me Luck!
