DELETION OF MASS EMAILS BY SENDERS

HAVE BEEN IN HOSP at Walter Reed for months and now have 40,000 emails to delete, Please sombody tell how can i get this mail cleaned and ssorted out of my mail box. Example, I have been searching various msgs to to delete in mass and having issues. i guess its so full it cant find them all and there is abottleneck I suspect. Any help with yhis issue will surly be appreciated. Yes, i will put each and everyone on Blocked sender List as I delete hundreds, thousands of these senders. HELP!!!!!!!! Your Sister-in -Arms.

You didn't say differently, so I'm assuming you are still using the older email format in Comcast.  If that is the case---------------------

 

From the Inbox page, go to Preferences>>>>>General>>>>>Versions. Full is the default. Click on Lite to set it. It will save automatically. Go back to Email. In the Folders pane to the left, click on "Edit". Then you will see the checkbox to clean out the Inbox folder. Just keep in mind that you can't undo this operation. Once you do it, everything is gone permanently.

 

If you want to do something more selective, you could search by whatever criteria you like and then delete the resilts.
