Custom email signature no longer loads properly

I use my email primarily for business. I have a custom email signature, but it no longer automatically loads into my email properly. I went into my email tools and worked on it for an entire day. Redesigned it, reloaded it, tried importing it as a jpeg, pdf, you name it. Nothing works. Customer service was useless as usual. Email signature still loads weird. The spaces between the lines in my signature (address, phone, website url, etc) are too wide and I can't get them to condense. It appears custom email signtaures are no longer supported. So you have to use Comcast's limted styles of typefaces available. Looks great of course. Also, every time I send an email I have to choose the typface and size for my body copy or it defaults to the tiny type.  Another pain. Thanks for the update Comcast. The ONE thing you could have improved, but DIDN'T, was the size of the email database. But no, that's still at 10GB and I've used 76%. Comcast quality as usual... never disappoints!

First off, you shouldn't be using residential service for your business.  You might want to check into Business class services.

 

Secondly, other than webmail is convenient, is there a reason why you can't use an email client?  You can set up your email signature as you like, there is no mailbox limit, and you can use any fonts that you have set on your computer.

 

There are a number of good free email clients out there, but I'm surprised that if you're running a business you haven't invested in Outlook.

Not a fan of Outlook. Got rid of it years ago. I'm a Mac person. I have a business account at my brokerage. It forwards to Comcast because it's unreliable.
