I do not know how to fix my cookies....How???Xfinity says I do not have my cookies on? How do I turn them on?

I get that too when looking at Xfinity.com. I just hit the back button and try again and it always seems to work.

For information on how to enable/disable cookies, check your browser's help facility. Instructions vary according to browser so there is no universal method.

 

Hint: Search for 'cookies' (without the quotes)

LoPhat,  I do not know what the "browsers help facdility instructions" can be found. I need step by step...go here...do this...type of instructions...I don't know how does not mean stupidity....just I don't know how.

There are intermittent issues with trying to sign into Xfinity.com's home page. I found that if you wait 15-20 seconds, then click on 'Sign In', it works.
