I have 4 email accounts with comcast. Had no problems for years. This pass week, I can not sign out from main user to change to other email account. Every time I click sign out it comes back to the same email address. If I click my account I will see the account I want. When I click on it I do not go there but back to the main user. By going trying many other step I get it, but it goes away once I try to continue using it and I'm back to where I started. Any suggestions?

Try clearing your cache and any Comcast cookies.

Comcast had me do what you suggested and even cleared all my passwords which did nothing but make extra work for me. I finally heard from several Comcast reps that they where having major problems with they email. As of right now it seems that it is 95% corrected. Thanks for your suggestion.
