Comcast's new e-mail browser alert

When I try to access Comcast's "new" e-mail, a blocker comes onto the screen warning me to upgrade my browser or turn off compatibility view.  I have Internet Explorer 11 and it's not running in compatibility view.  I cannot close the blocker or access my e-mail.  No one at Comcast seems to have a solution other than advising me to "clear my cache" which I did and it's still not letting me close that blocker. What an annoyance!

I tried with IE-11 in Windows 10 and I'm not seeing this issue.  What version of IE-11 do you have?  Mine is v11.0.30

I have Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 11.  It only happens with the new e-mail that Comcast is "testing".  I should never have agreed to switch over to it and I cannot get back to the older version.  If I could just close that "advisory", I could get into my e-mail.  I cleared my cache, rebooted and it still tosses that Brower Alert into the screen when I sign into my e-mail

Can you try updating IE?  You didn't say which version you have.
