Comcast is sending legitimate emails to Spam

Comcast is sending legitimate emails to Spam

Email is marked as Spam to any comcast.net customers

Hello

Sometime within the last month emails to all my @comcast.net clients from my business www.goodmeasures.com have been sent to their Spam folder. They can mark it "not spam" but if I send something again it still will go into their spam folder. I have contacted comcast and filled out some forms and it is showing that my IP address is not blacklisted. Something has to be going on within comcast as this is only happening with @comcast.net clients.

If I filter for these messages to be sent to my inbox not as spam, the filter does not work. Setting up filters as well as other preferences frequently produces an error message. The only remedy is to turn off all spam filtering.

Can someone from comcast please help get this resolved?

Re: Comcast is sending legitimate emails to Spam

The only thing I can suggest is that you call Comcast security and see why there is a blocking issue for your domain----------------------------

I sent you a private message about this a moment ago.

Private Messages (PM's)
At the top of each Forum page you will see a small envelope
This is the icon for Private Messages, referred to as `PM's'. A Private Message is a way to communicate in private, to another User, Moderator, or Administrator out of public view in the Forums.
The gray envelope icon will have a number next to it if you have any new messages waiting.
To open a PM to read it, double click on the envelope. If you click on the white envelope a window will open with tabs for your Private Message Inbox, Sent Messages, Friends, Ignored Users, and Compose new Message. You can also access this area by clicking on the Username in a Thread or post. By default, Private Messages are enabled. You can disable this feature in My Settings>Preferences> Private Messenger.
