Comcast in timewarp?

On December 8th I talked for the third time to a Comcast representative about my continuing comcast email problem.  Specifically emails being sent to me are being bounced bcak to the sender as undelioverable.  This started when I was moved to the new improved email.  So... on December 8th at 10:40am PST I was told that someone would get back to me in 24-72 hours.  I still haven't heard back from Comcsat so am wondering if they are in a time warp where 24-72 hours is longer than my 24-72 hours.  Super frustrated.
