Comcast e-mail

I have been having trouble nevigating my Comcast e-mail for almost a week now. It takes forever to delete e-mails, call up a new message to compose and on and on. Is anyone else having a problem?

Consider installing and using your own email client, instead of Comcast's web-browser based email.

Once setup it will connect to & download email from your Comcast email account to your PC, & send email via your Comcast email account.

 

Thunderbird email client is popular, easy to use, and has many options.

As a test, try using a different browser and see if the same things happen.

I usually use Firefox. When that didn't work, I tried Internet Explorer. It was little better, but I was still having problems. Downloaded Chrome and that solved the problem. A friend

 told me she received a message today saying Firefox crashed. Thanks for the tip!

Good.  When it starts acting wierd like that, try clearing the cache/browsing history in whatever browser you are using.  This is typical behavior when something is wrong in the browser.  So if you want, clear the history in Firefox and try it again if that is the browser you prefer.  That's why I told you to try another browser.
