Comcast blocking G Suite Domain - Who to contact

I am trying to find out who to contact regarding an issue that I started having yesterday. My emails from my google apps domain, atljewishacademy.org are not being delivered to comcast.net addresses, including my own. They are just vanishing into thin air. The emails are showing as delivered on G Suite and are being delivered to everyone in the world except comcast.net addreses. I have verified that my domain is not listed on any public blocklist. I am not receiving any return error message from Comcast's MX servers. This same issue has been reported here before and sometimes a comcast employee has been able to help over it.

 

I tried calling the Comcast Security Assurance number as recommended on other posts here, but they told me that "Comcast does not block any email", which is obviously false since they have a blacklist. They kept asking me to go in and just check my email and insisting that the issue is with Google's servers.

 

Any suggestions that someone could give on who to contact regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

 

I took at look at incoming logs for the past 2 weeks, and don't see any issues with atljewishacademy.org.  Are you still having problems sending to comcast.net?

I'm actually having the same exact issue with my G Suite email sending to Comcast email addresses.  The domain name is www.morelifedigital.com - any help is greatly appreciated.

It appears that the domain has been listed with Spamhaus.

 

https://www.spamhaus.org/query/domain/morelifedigital.com

 

We can't remove that ourselves, but you'll probably want to contact Spamhaus to figure out why that is going on.

I removed the domain listing from our internal systems.  This should clear up in the next 30 minutes or so.

Spam-filtering is almost completely driven by user reports.  Do you have your spam folder enabled, so you can retrieve them there?  If you private message me (click on the username to the left, then private message) your email address to which the mailings are being sent, I can take a closer look.

My email is not the problem. It is sending emails from my domains to customers with Comcast email addresses.  The emails often do not reach the persons inbox or spam folder.

yes this has been happening the past few weeks with emails i sent to comcast.net accounts from my google suite account. the domain it is blocking is consolelegal.com

please help I am having the same problem. I checked spamhaus and we are not on a block list, I also have contacted Google and they say my email is fine. but my contractors and my clients who have comcast are not receiving my emails.

I've stumbled upon this post in my search for a solution myself.  Our Google Apps Domain "armstrongne.com" is also being blocked.  Can you check this out for me?  Thank you.

Similar problem to the original post here.  I'm using G Suite for nonprofits and the domain is deskct.org.  It doesn't appear on this blacklist, but it's not getting through to at least one comcast.net email address.  Any help??

I'm now having the same issue with our church domain - @salempres.org.  Any emails sent to Comcast users isn't delivered - we get no messages back saying they weren't delivered and they do not realize we've sent anything other than they fact that they expect the weekly newsletter and have started complaining.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Well, I fixed one issue, but there was another reason also blocking it.  The second issue is now resolved. It was related to a URL in the body of the message.  Please try again.

Hi we are having an issue with NERVResorts.com.  That account is only used for low volume 1-to-1 emailing with our guests.  We implimented SPF and DKIM hoping that would resolve the issue but no luck - is it possible to take a look?

Chepp and Calowl,

 

Your issues are likely unrelated.  We had a service interruption this morning, and some messages are queued up for delivery still. The systems are processing them as quickly as possible.
