Comcast blocking Bank Of America emails

I have Bank of America (BoA) email alerts sent to my comcast email account. On 9/26 one email went through and another was blocked. BoA only shows "Undeliverable". Since then all emails to Comcast from BoA have been blocked.

I contacted BoA and they said it was blocked by Comcast. I contacted Comcast and eventually was directed to postman.comcast.net. Here it requires IPv4 addresses in order to unblock them. I entered the 3 BoA IP addresses I found, but was notified that they were not being blocked.

BoA continues to say the problem is on Comcast side, which I am sure is correct, but can't or won't give me any IP addresses or a copy of the response email from Comcast.

Any suggestions on where to go from here?

Thanks for the quick reply.

I'll get this to the team and have them take a look.

I gave their IPs a rate increase.  They were hitting some limits based on past history, and hopefully this will help.

Unfortunatly that didn't appear to help. I still did not recieve the email from them. I don't know whether it helps, but the email is coming from onlinebanking@ealerts.bankofamerica.com.

Retested again this morning just in case, but no change. Emails from BoA are still being blocked.

Hello,

Sorry to hear this is still an issue, do you happen to have date/time you were expecting the mails so we can have our teams check the logs? Also any contact information you have for who gave you the information about the issue from the BoA side would be helpful.

Thank you

Thanks. I don't have much. I opened BoA ticket 390134E. This was referred out to thier higher level tech support. They just called and for the most part they just kept saying that I needed to add thier email address to my safe sender list. Finally they agreed to open an investigation with their third party provider.

To answer your question though, the last good email I received was on 9/26. This is also the day of the first blocked email. Here is a list of blocked email dates. Sorry, but I can't give you a time. I beleive the one from today, 10/12 would have been sometime between about 7:30 and 8:30am EST.

09/26, 09/27, 10/02, 10/03, 10/11 - 4 blocked, 10/12

Also I just requested an unblock for IP's 192.138.181.20 & 68.232.194.1. These are different ones than the 3 I requested the unblock for last time that they said weren't blocked.

Just got the response about the unblocking the IPs mentioned and it stated they are not being blocked... It was worth a try...
