Comcast Web-based Email Not Sorting by Unread

For over a week now, I can't get my emails (using comcast web) to sort by Unread. It seems to default to sorting by date and time. What's up?

At the top of the message list in the Inbox page, click on "Sort by".  Is Unread checked?  If not, check it.

Unread, Descending, Conversations are all marked and it is still not sorting.

Uncheck Conversations and see if anything changes.
