Comcast SMTP settings

Hello everyone,

 

I'm experiencing problems with the Comcast outgoing server. I've got two email addresses set up in Mac Mail with Comcast handling the outgoing emails (there is a different incoming server). The settings are the same as what is given on their support page at this link:

My username and password is the same as it's always been. For some reason, starting this morning, Comcast outgoing is "offline."

 

I am a Mac user, OS Yosemite latest version.

 

 

Can anyone pass on some advice? Thanks in advance.

Do you have more than one Comcast server in your list?  If so try using one of the others.
