I still don't receive my emails. Comcast please update on the status!

Sorry, but that's the only update we have.

Seems odd that I get mail to all of my devices for one of my Comcast email addresses but not for the other.   And I'm getting emails from both emails on the Xfinity website.  Perplexing.
