Comcast Email: Cant receive any Emails

Comcast Email: Cant receive any Emails

I have unlocked my spam folder and I can see all of my sent mail but when I go to my inbox it says 'no results found'. I've been sending test emails from multiple different websites and accounts and still nothing is showing up.

Make sure your "Safe List" has not become enabled.  From the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>Email>>>>>Email Safe List.  If it's enabled, nothing will get through but messages from contacts you deliberately put on that list.  It has been known to get turned on by itself.
