Comcast E-mail Sort and Search Functions no longer work correctly

Comcast E-mail Sort and Search Functions no longer work correctly

Within Comcast E-mail, we used to be able to sort e-mails by subject, sender or date; but this functionality now seems to be missing.  The only sort option I can find is by date.  Is that correct?  If not, how do we access sorts by subject and sender?

Also, as reported previously as a problem, the E-mail Search box is no longer working correctly, and should be fixed.

Example, I can see multiple e-mails from 1-800-Flowers and I know there are many more from the past, but when I type "Flowers" in the Search field, only one e-mail (the most recent) is located.

With both limited e-mail sort and search functions, it is now close to impossible to reasonably manage e-mails in your system.

Thank you for your assistance.

In the grey area to the right of "Sorted by" at the top of the message list, right-click anywhere and you will see this------------------

Sorting Options from Gray Bar 03:04:2015.jpg

If you right-click on any message in the list you get an even more comprehensive listing of options----------------------

Dear Latoque,

Thanks so much for your detailed reply.  Although the Search feature is still an issue, knowing how to Sort e-mails is a huge help.  Thanks again!

About the only thing I can suggest for the Search box is to try clearing out your browser's cache and browsing history, then close it out and re-start it in a fresh session.  Or try using a different browser and see if you can duplicate the issue that way.
