Comcast 3rd party emails not being delivered

Comcast 3rd party emails not being delivered

. I have a website where customers can subscribe to our newsletter. If a customer uses a Comcast email on the subscription form the confirmation email does not get delivered. I have tested it many times using multiple Comcast emails. It does not go to spam it just doesn’t show up at all. I am using Mailchimp email service and many other emails to get delivered. I have Verified and Authenticated the Domain DNS servers with DKIM and SPF records. The Mail Chimp 3rd party email comes in from Mandrillapp.com. I even included the maindrillapp.com on the DNS SPF records. Still the emails do not get delivered. This is not SPAM at all and only a single email confirmation by people asking to subscribe to my newsletter which is very important for my business in order to communicate with my customers.   

Ive contaced support and they only want to help with my acutal email account which has nothing to do with this issue. Any suggestions would be appreciated

If you have a business class account with Comcast, they have their own forums here-----------------

You could also try calling Comcast security and ask about this issue----------------
