Change paperless billing email address

Change paperless billing email address

I have paperless billing, but would like it to come to a different email address (a NON-Comcast one).  How to change?

You can call comcast and ask, but I don't think there is a way to do that in the account itself.  The billing email will go to whatever Comcast account you have with bill paying permission enabled on it.  However, you could set up a filter to forward the message to another email account.  From the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>Email>>>>>>Email Filters.  You could use the non-Comcast address in there for the action.

If you don't check your Comcast email, considering forwarding it to an address you do check. Once in a long while they send out stuff that's actually important. You can set up forwarding by logging in to https://customer.xfinity.com/Secure/UserSettings/ with your Primary Comcast user ID.
