Cant get sub-email account updated since 11-8-17, since "upgrade" was done

Cant get sub-email account updated since 11-8-17, since "upgrade" was done

I have my primary email and it still works ok on W10 PC and iPhone. I can see all my secondary email accounts and all messages upto 11-08-17. Since that date I can not get any new emails to download on my secondary emails?? I know those accounts get several messages a day. Can't get them on PC or phone?  Seems to have something to do with the new "upgraded" email they anounced??

Same issue. Just chatted with Comcast. No help

Are you using the Windows 10 Mail app on the computer?  Or the Mail app on the iPhone?  If so, try using only a browser to sign into the account and see if you can see your emails that way.

Changed password to sub account and received 50 emails(as expected)

Sub account is now totally separate from main account. How can I link the two back up and still continue receiving sub account emails? Changing password back did nothing.
