Cannot see some of the messages in pane.

Cannot see some of the messages in pane.

For  some reason, I cannot see some of the messages in the right hand pane when I click on the message.  Problem occurs when I also try go to my documents and cannot see what the folders are.  Any help would be appreciated.

As for the emails----------------
Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.

If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser and see if you can duplicate the problem that way. If it works OK then you will know the problem probably lies with the first browser. eg: if you are using Internet Explorer, try Chrome or Firefox.

Also, you could try switching from the Full version of Xfinity Connect to the Lite version. Go to Preferences>>>>General, and see which one you're using now. Full is the default. Select the Lite version.

As a temporary work-around, you could try using the very basic m.comcast.net/m---just type that into your address bar while signed in to the account, and hit return.

If you are using IE 10 or 11, make sure Compatibility mode is enabled for comcast.net. You will find it in IE under "Tools". If you are having the problem in Chrome, try resetting it to it's defaults.

 

I'm not sure what you mean by not seeing folders----------in Comcast email or someplace on your computer?

Could also try opening the email in a separate window under View.


Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Assuming you deleted them yourself, right-click on your Trash folder and then on "Recover Deleted Items" from the menu.  See if you can spot them in there.  That feature is only supposed to go back two weeks, but may go longer.  If you see what you want, select it and then click on the little folder icon at the top to move them where you want them.

Thanks so much for you help, but the problem has been corrected.  Settings were off.
