Cannot recieve emails

Cannot recieve emails

My Email account is no longer recieveing emails. I am able to send emails but am unable to recieve them through any serivce (i.e. Phone, Laptop mail app, comcast.net) The problem has been lasting a couple days now and any emails that people send to me say that they go through but do not show up. Web based emails do not show up either. settings currently are

 

Port: 995, SSL on, Password Auth

Using full service

Have tried resetting password multiple times

 

PLEASE HELP!!!!

It appears someone has set your account to forward messages to one of the other accounts under your primary account.
