Cannot load emails

When I received the new ENHANCED Xfinity Comcast webmail I am no longer able to see my emails before May 19th.  The only ones that load are my new emails.  The only way I can see them is if I do a search for a specific web site.  So I know they are still there but will not load automatically.  I contacted customer support and they could not help me.  Told me to go through chat which I have been trying to do but after an hour each time and no response I have given up.  My account is not full so that is not the problem.  I need help.  Everything worked fine until this new update.
