Cannot add email account

Cannot add email account

I am a new subscriber. I have created my primary account and logged it, but I cannot add another email address. There is no plus button next to the primary account holders name and when I click the "add a user" link on the bottom of the page, it just reloads the primary account holder's page.

 

I am a new subscriber and have not had service installed, but I was told that I could log in and configure everythig prior to installation.

To the best of my knowledge, your install must be completed before you can make any changes.

You can call 1-800 comcast andvasknthem about it.


Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
