Cannot access comcast email or account from laptop, using Firefox

Cannot access email from my laptop, using Firefox browser since 1/5/16, Not getting help or answers from comcast call support. Getting message "400 BAD REQUEST" when I click on the "mail" icon.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies.

 

From Tools click on Options.

Once in Options click on Privacy.

Under History click on both blue links.

Go to Advanced.

Under the Network tab/Cached Web Content click on the Clear Now button.

When finished, close Firefox and then re-open it.

Try again.
