i have not been using my Xfinity Home Service and wanted to cancel it. I was told to call in and was on hold for over an hour before giving up. My name is XXXXXXXXXXXX and my account number is XXXXXXXXXXXXX. I was told at the service center that I had a contract and would have to pay an early termination fee, but they had no idea what it was and could not help me. That's when they said to call in. The Xfinity Home 100 start up package was offer as part of a package that was offered and it was not made clear there was a contract envolved. What is this contract for the camera? When does it expire and what is the termination fee? I never really wanted it and don't want it now?
