Can't scroll all message in folder

Can't scroll all message in folder

I have a folder that contains 800 messages.

I want to sort the messages but Xfin won't let me scroll beyond 150 messages.

I am using a laptop. Can anyone relate? I'd really like to solve this problem...as I pay 

Xfin the equivalent of a midsize car lease payment/month for their "svcs".

Is this a Folder that you created, or is this one of the Comcast Folders?

Which version of Xfinity Connect are you using, Full or Lite?  If you use LITE, on the far right side of the Inbox do you see numbers, such as 1-25?  If you click there, you should go to the next group if email is in Inbox.

To see which version you are using:  Open XC, click on Preferences.  Now click on the General icon.  A window opens showing which version you are currently using.  Switch to the LITE version, then try again.

PS, Just curious why you would want to save hundreds of emails?

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X

I'm using full version. It's a folder I created.

I would switch to the LITE  VERSION.  Close XC, clear the browser cache, then go back into XC and the Inbox,  Again, look at the far end fir the numbers, and click there to bring up the next group of email.  Let me know if that works please.

 

With the FULL version, you shouldn't have to do anything but keep on scrolling to bring up more emails.Are you sorting email by Date-From-Subject, or what?

Again, why are you saving so many emails?

 

If I needed to store large numbers of emails, I would do it using a program with more contro, not web mail.  Free email accounts include Gmail, a Windows Live a Mail, a Thunderbird, for example.

 

Whicg browser/ versiin are you usingZ.  Did you clear your cache?

Have you tried a different browser?
