Can't find emails in Trash

Can't find emails in Trash

I can only see 66 emails in my trash folder.  I cant page down to see more, they are not being deleted as my preferences are not set to delete them for 30 days.

How can I see the next page of deleted emails?

Are you using the full or the Lite version of Xfinity Connect?  To check:

Open the Inbox and click on Preferences, then click on GENERAL.  Which one is checked, full or lite?  With LITE, to see more pages of emails look on the far right corner below the word Search... You will see this:

Click there to see the next page.  With the FULL Version, you just keep on scrollong down.


Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Thank you for responding.  I am running the full version.  Bottom line is my preferences are set to save for 30 days but they are only saving for 7.  Comcast chat support could not solve it so they directed me to contact their customer security assurance group.
