Can't access text messaging. WHY?

Can't access text messaging. WHY?

I text regularly on my home computer. Have for years. In fact, I just sent one about an hour ago. Now I get the message "Access Requires Comcast High-Speed Internet". I get redirected to that message every time I try. Is anyone else experiencing this and what should I (we) do about it? This kind of thing frustrates me because it's telling me that I don't have something that I DO have. (and boy do I NOT want to have to call Comcast about it) EDIT: Nevermind. It's back working...though it started to redirect me AGAIN! Funny..you take all of this stuff for granted until you suddenly lose it....
