Can't access account

Can't access account

I have one primary account under which I have several email addresses. The "junk" email address under this account has stopped forwarding to my primary email address and I am unable to log in to change the password or troubleshoot the problem. It appears I need a separate login for the "junk" account, but I don't have one. How can I remedy this?

On the homepage scroll down to Quick Links. First click on Username link to see what Secondary usernames are associated with your Account.  Your Primary Username will be marked as such.  Do you see your 'junk'  username listed there?  If you do, I would then click on Reset my Username link under the Quick links and change the Password and secret question for that junk username.  Close your browser, clear the cache, then sign in as that junk username with the new password.
