Can't Access My Portfolio Stock Information

Can't Access My Portfolio Stock Information

In the last few weeks, I have been unable to access My Portfolio  for the stock information I have stored.  This happened about a year ago & I was directed by Comcast to access it using a browser other than IE.  I did so using Chrome and it worked perfectly until recently.  Now I just get a screen that says "add a Portfolio". I need access to all my info.  Can anyone help?  I have tried getting access through Firefox & have called Comcast.  No help has been given. Hope someone here has an answer.

Are you being taken to the CNBC page?  If so, are you getting the sign in popup box?

Hi!  Thanks so much!  It worked.  I was not being directed to the signin box but I wentthere & had to create a new password & it worked.  Thanks so much!
