Can send, but can't receive email

Can send, but can't receive email

Yesterday, after being told I didn't respond to someone's email, I checked my iPhone and my computer (through outlook 7) and the email never came in to either. I check web mail and it was missing there too. I was told by Comcast they may have been down briefly. Shortly after, new emails starting coming into my web mail, but aren't coming in to my iphone or outlook on my pc. I can send from both devices, but neither receive. I called Comcast and got to tier 2 security department, but they couldn't figure it out. Please help!

Did you try sending yourself a test email from some non-Comcast account you have like Yahoo or something?  Does it go through OK?  If not, try deleting the account from the phone and Outlook, then re-create it again from scratch.
