Can my husband use this for e-maik
You can have the primary account and up to 6 secondary accounts. One of you is the primary. If your husband has an account it is a secondary if you are the primary. The primary is whoever is paying the bill.

Just from what you've said, no, he does not have his own email address. It looks as though there is only one email address, but you can create more email accounts as Latoque said. You will just need to sign out of one and then sign in to the other in order to access each email Inbox.
To add additional email addresses you need to be signed in as the Primary user, then follow the directions found here. *
*Note: do not use the same password for each email address you create.
