Undelete?  You mean like retrieving email from Trash?

Yes, exactly, is there a trash folder on the server?

I'm still trying to get an answer to this thread; I mistakenly clicked Select this answer not knowing that would then be The Best Answer:

You should be seeing a listing of all your folders, including Trash, on the left side.  If you're not, look at the lower left of your email screen and you should see Show Folders with an arrow next to it.  Click on that and your folders should appear.  Then you should be able to right click on the Trash folder and at the bottom of the popup box is Recover Deleted Items.

OK, now I'm ending my discussion because I'm confused between receiving emails about it and on this discussion board.

But I still don't know if I can recover my missing 3/15/18 incoming messages that were on the Comcast/Xfinity server.

Always follow the discussion on this board.

I thought you were asking about messages you had deleted that were in the Trash.

Email was down for a few minutes a bit ago, but is back up now.  If you were not receiving emails at that time, they should have starting coming in by now.

Thanks, but the missing messages are not in the Trash folder. I'll just try to re-message those contacts I was expecting messages from.
