COMCAST EMAIL AFTER XFINITY CANCELLATION

So....here is a new COMCAST policy. See below. 

 

(1)Does this mean that I can access my old comcast.net email as I always do via a new ISP provider like Verizon or Century Link? 

 

(2) Does it mean I can take my comcast.net email address to a new ISP provider like Verizon or Century Link and use it for new email processing and even though it Verizon or Century like...still call my self  joe smith @comcast.net? 

 

I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE SOME DEFINITIVE FEEDBACK ON THIS....SINCE I HAVE A SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH COMCAST EMAIL
