Browser problems

Hello,

 

Ever since I got Comcast internet service, Firefox is not opening for me. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I am still having the same problem. I was wondering if anyone knew if this is a Comcast issue or not?

It is not a Comcast problem, you have some other computer issue.

Post more details like: What computer? What OS? Do other browsers work?
