Broken Links on http://customer.comcast.com

Hi All,

Firstly, hats off to your forums. I have been able to find several answers here the last few days! Great work.

Today, however, I am having a bit of trouble. I was trying to find content regarding setting up filters on my webmail. The "Best Bets" that were returned looked promising. But when I click on the links I get 404 errors. Smiley Sad Not good. Thought you'd want to know.

See below.

Best Bets

  1. Blocking Email | Create a Filter for Unwanted Email

Automatically move the email to the Trash, mark it as read, forward it to another address, or any combination of these actions.

  1. Marking Email as Spam | Learn how to block Spam from your Inbox

By marking an email as spam, you will automatically be redirecting the incoming email away from your inbox and into your Spam folder.

Evidentally  Comcast is going to change the wording for those links, I get the same error.

To add email filters, Go to the Inbox, click on Preferences, then click on the Email icon.  Scroll down to Email Filters and click on Add filter.  A window will open... go from there.  Now- I need to tell you that lately sometimes the filters are not working correctly tho.  Comcast is aware of that.

A pity too, as the 'delete-or-redirect-unwanted-spam" page had some good information. The only pages I know of that have any filter info are:

As Carole said, many features are broken and have been for a long time. The "Run" option for testing, for example.
