Bouncing Emails

I have two contacts whose email addresses end with @ptd.net.  All of a sudden my messages to them bounce.  When they bounced, "Temporary failure" appeared in the subject line, then finally "Permanent failure."  The recipients cannot figure this out, one of them working in computer systems.

Thank you, Carole.

Re: Bouncing Emails

I've reached out to the folks at PTD, and I'm trying to get in contact with them.  It looks like they're blocking one of our data centers, or there's a networking issue between us.  I can give you a temporary workaround if you'd like.

Re: Bouncing Emails

ComcastAntiSpam, OK.  I do not know if I have the problem remedied.  By looking up on the Internet the error messages associated with SeaMonkey, I thought that enabling Java would help.  I will send two messages to test if they bounce.
