Body of emails won't download

I have to reinstall the Xfinity Connect app on my iPad on a daily basis.  Body of emails load for about a day and then stop. The email subject shows on the list, but the message itself won't load and the circle just keeps turning and turning. Once I delete the app and reinstall it, all the messages appear for about a day and then the whole process starts again. Checked all my settings and they seem to be fine. Using imap now instead of Pop3. Selecting "email" on Xfinity's homepage works just fine, but is rather generic when compared to the Xfinity Connect app.


Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks so much.
