Blocked emails from Japan

I communicate regularly with a company in Japan. For some months I don't receive their emails so I have to ask them to send faxes which are not efficient nor free of cost. What can I do about this problem?

Ask Comcast security to look at your situation.  There may be a blocking issue with the sender's domain.---------------
