Blank emails

Hi. Many of my emails are blank when I open them up. I am using windows 8.1, and internet explorer. How to I resolve these issues.

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.

If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser and see if you can duplicate the problem that way. If it works OK then you will know the problem probably lies with the first browser. eg: if you are using Internet Explorer, try Chrome or Firefox.

Hi,

 

Thanks for the reply. I erased my browser history, and it did not solve my problem. I don't have access to Firefox,(I don't like it anyway.) and my anti-virus said it is to dangerous to download Chrome.

 

Any other suggestions? Thanks.

While signed into the account, in the address bar of your browser, type m.comcast.net/m, then hit return.  That's the mobile version of Xfinity Connect.  See if that makes a difference.
