Being signed off email

I am constantly being signed off when I'm typing or reading my email.  I'll get messages that I'm going to be signed off in 5-4-3-2-1 minutes and that I should save my draft.  I log off and sign back on but the countdown is still going on.   How do I stop Comcast from signing me off without my permission???

Are you clicking to save your draft while in the process of composing?  Do you have your Email Preferences set to save a copy of your drafts?  (Inbox>Preferences> Composing check the box to save drafts.

If there is no activity for a while when composing, (meaning no typing) it is automatically signed off.  That is done for your protection,actually.  You cannot change the amount of time before the sign off occurs.

An alternative would be to compose the email in Word or another such program, than copy/paste it into your email compose window when you are done writing the email.
