Bad procedures

No idea what Comcast has fouled up now.  Previously I had 3 ways to access my Comcast Mail account - now, even using MyXfinity.com - cannot access my email account.

This started Wednesday, I called for tech support and then called again Thursday.  Not helpful if tech support cannot provide permanent solution.  Again today, cannot access my email -

bummer!

I know they had some server issues earlier today, but I think that has been cleared up.  About an hour ago I couldn't get into my email in one of my accounts, but now I can.
