BULK EMAILS TO AOL & VERIZON RETURNED WITH REASON STATED: "PERMANENT ERROR

When I send bulk emails, only those with aol and verizon email addresses bounce back stating "permanent error" as the reason. There is no error code--only the "permanent error" statement. This just started a few months ago. The only way the emails to aol and verizon addressees will go thru is if I re-send them individually, which is very time-consuming. I have been unsuccessful trying to have the issue fixed with aol personnel and was thought others with a Comcast account may have experienced a similar problem and has found a way to resolve.This has become very frustrating for me and I appreciate any help anyone  can provide to have this problem corrected. Thanks.

Are you using residential service to send these bulk emails?

Yes, I am using Windows Live Mail on my personal PC.

How many emails are you trying to send at once?  In a residential account, you can't send to more than 100 contacts in a given message.

Plus, if you're bulk emailing to more services besides AOL and Verizon, you may have ended up being blocked for sending spam mail.  If these bulk mails are business related, you shouldn't be using residential services.
