Am not receiving emails

Am not receiving emails

I can send but am not receiving emails, any idea what is wrong?  Have not changed any settings or anything.... Thanks

Same problem here. Can send. Not receiving anything including test emails from other accounts. None of Comcast emails are receiving.

Check to make sure You don't have the Safe List enabled.  From the Inbox page, go to Preferences>>>>>Email>>>>>>Safe List.  If it's turned on, you will only get emails from the addresses on that list.  Disable it.

I don't use safe list so it was not enabled. Seems to have started around 9am this morning. I haven't received anything since.

Comcast has confirmed there is a problem and they are working on it.

Emails sporatically coming in, some come in, most don't, started earlier today.  When comcast fixes issue, will all emails that are "stuck" be receieved?  thanks!
