All of my sent mail from before March 23 has been deleted

All of my sent mail from before March 23 has been deleted

When I logged into email this morning, I noticed that all of my sent mail from before March 23, 2018 has been deleted.  It is no longer on the Xfinity server or in Outlook.  I have not changed any settings recently.  It looks like I can recover some of the deleted emails, but that is a long process, and I can't tell how far back I can go or whether or not this will happen again.  Any ideas?

In this case, I would call Comcast security and have them look at your account.---------------------
