All my E-mails disappeared on Wed-Oct 26-not in my trash either

All my E-mails disappeared on Wed-Oct 26-not in my trash either

The e-mails that I had in my "in-box" disappeared on its own.  New e-mails followed after the disappearance but I do not know where the e-mails went.  They were not in my trash or delete files.

While on the xfinity.com/Comcast e-mail website, it all just disappeared.

This is not the first time - maybe the third time.  Other comcast friends and family member users never had this problem.

In my e-mail preferences - Email Deletion Schedule - both Inbox (unread) and Inbox (read) show NEVER.

Any suggestions?

Do you have the account enabled on a smartphone or tablet?  If so, they may be downloading the messages and then deleting them from the server if it's set up using POP3.  If it's not that------------

As a precaution I would change your password to something stronger than whatever it is right now, and also change your secret question and answer. Suddenly vanishing emails is a common sign of a malware infection, or a compromised account. Run a complete scan of your machine with your A/V software to see if it finds anything wrong.
