After upgrading to 10.1, lost browser toolbar.  How do I get it back?

If you mean WIndows 10.1 OS usinf the Edge browser, thre is no toolbar.  If you mean the Favorites Bar, you can select that within the settings of EDGE to be able to display that bar.
